How To Make the Perfect Turkey in an Air Fryer

Yellow Leaves

Choose the Turkey:  Opt for a turkey breast (2-4 pounds) that fits in your air fryer basket.

Prep the Turkey:  Remove packaging, pat dry, and trim excess fat.

Season Generously:  Mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

Preheat Air Fryer:  Heat to 360°F (182°C) for 5 minutes.

Cook:  Place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket. Cook at 360°F (182°C) for 25-30 minutes, checking with a meat thermometer.

Avoid Overcrowding: Ensure the basket isn’t overcrowded for even cooking.

Adjust Temperature:  For a crispier skin, increase to 400°F (204°C) for the last few minutes if needed.

Rest the Turkey:  After cooking, let it rest for 5-10 minutes to allow juices to redistribute.
